A good draft in June saw the Suns select Dragan Bender, Marquese Chriss and Tyler Ulis. Bender will fit in perfectly with what the Suns do on both ends of the court, Chriss will fit at stretch four role, should Bender be willing to play the five and point guard Ulis is a fighter he will surely find a role within this franchise.
You combine these three potential superstars with the stars the Suns have today, Eric Bledsoe, Brandon Knight, Tyson Chandler and Devin Booker and they look dangerous.
They have scoring in every starting position and throughout the secondary too, the big question will be whether head coach, Earl Watson, can keep them all happy within their rotation.
Their major free agency signings came in the form of veteran guard Leandro Barbosa. Without Barbosa last year, the Warriors don’t take games one or two, his scoring off the bench was phenomenal and a bigger role waits this year.
Watch out for: Devin Booker – new Steph Curry.
With a dynamic backcourt and a young aggressive front court the Suns have good foundations, but this year may have come too early for them.
